Spokane & Coeur d’Alene Pressure Washing

House Washing - Like Washing Your Car

Most people know what “pressure washing” is, so we use that term broadly. In truth, a more accurate term for what we do is “House Washing.” Hard surfaces like concrete are best cleaned with high pressure, while other surfaces like siding, brick, shingles and wood can easily be damaged by high pressure and so are best cleaned with a combination of low pressure (barely more than out of your garden hose) and specialized cleaning solutions. This low pressure technique is called “soft washing.”

Mold & mildew cleaned off the siding and the asphalt shingle roof with “soft washing.”
